HRDI needed 13+ training presentations on behavioral health topics within two weeks, with no predefined visual identity.

Process

Researched terminology and visual best practices. Designed cohesive PowerPoint themes balancing clarity and compliance. Built 13 decks in 2 weeks with SME collaboration.

Outcome

Delivered a training toolkit adopted across HRDI programs, improving staff understanding of complex concepts under tight deadlines.

-My takeaways from this project-

This project reinforced the critical role of visual design in education and training. Thoughtful slide systems support speakers and increase audience engagement, retention, and participation. Feedback from HRDI’s Training Specialist confirmed the decks were instrumental in keeping trainees attentive, confident, and involved throughout sessions.
